Which file type do I need?

HTML files, or Web pages

These are simply files which have been made into Web pages, and are navigable in the same way as a normal set of Web pages. This is a quick and easy way to browse a document, but note that it will take more time to print than a single file in Word or rich text format.

Compressed Word/Access files, or files with .zip on the end

These are files which have been compressed to make them smaller and easier to download. You need to have a piece of software that decompresses such files back to their normal size to read this file type. There are various pieces of software that will do this for you, for example:

Rich text format, or files with .rtf on the end

These are files which contain most of the original formatting of a document and are usually a safe bet if you're not sure which file type to download.
